Someone asks

i just got one and i like the paper texture alot for pen and markers, but ive never used them for pencil and was wondering how yall feel about them, and how well pencil works on them

They seem only to be discussing the sketchbook Moleskine with heavy weight paper– I’ve used these and regular Moleskines with pencils, mostly just thin mechanical pencils, which work well for finely detailed drawings, more so that for heavily shaded sketches. With other types of drawing pencils, a toothier paper seems to work better. The smooth Moleskine paper seems to work best with pens. Anyone else using these with pencils?
