For anyone who needs some inspiration when it comes to filling their notebooks, it’s time to get schooled: Journaling School!
Journaling School is a series of posts on the blog “My Life All in One Place: A Blog About Rediscovering the Filofax,” by Ray Blake. Each post looks at a different aspect of journaling and includes homework exercises to prompt writing in your own journal. There’s also a post with some journaling basics like how to select a journal to use. There was no homework on that one, but purchasing a new journal is an assignment I’m sure we’re all happy to complete any time!
Thanks for posting this – just what I needed!
Forgive me, but I don’t get it – if you need instruction in how or why to keep a journal (and are over the age of 10), maybe you shouldn’t be keeping a journal.
I think it’s more about “inspiration” than instruction– and writing is a craft that can always be broadened and improved.
Ditto for inspiration. I don’t understand the need for inspiration – unless the meaning of the noun “journal” has changed. And yes, writing can be improved, but I don’t think this e-book contains lessons in writing and editing.
